hi iam a locksmith and have a customer who as one of the above electric garage door, they have had a remote stolen and want to wipe it out. could you please advise me on the best way to do this,they also have one remote still in there possesion.

Check the back of the motor unit, there should be a square "smart" pushbutton. Keep it pressed and that should wipe out all the remote codes stored in the opener. Then keep the activation button pressed on the remaining remote and at the same time press the "smart" button for about 3 seconds. The remote should then be programmed to work.
