Centurion D2 problems
#1
Firstly, sorry if this is in the wrong place, not sure where is the best place to put it and figured this would be the most knowledgeable place.. So please move if required.

I have installed a centurion D2, In the open position, the origin is mounted 500mm back from the origin switch on the motor. I put the gate in the closed position and lock it, then commence the auto limits setup. During the setup, the motor finds the origin fine, and the setup goes smoothly and completes.

However, after switching back to "run" mode, the gate closes without issue, however, when opening, the gate is almost fully open but slows down before it hits the origin, once the origin is found that gate stops, leaving it about 500mm still open. It then times out after about 5 seconds and closes, without reporting any error.

With the motor disengaged, the gate moves freely and was moving freely during the limit setup process. So I doubt it is current limiting.

Any ideas? I'm really stuck and im SUPER desperate to get this one invoiced out!

Thanks!! Smile
