BFT Deimos A600 (HAMAL control board) troubleshooting - EnricoTerni63 - 13-06-2016
Hi you all,
I'm writing from Italu.
After facing some troubles I succeeded to install a BFT Deimos A600 engine for a sliding gate.
It replaces an old BFT LEM.
Photocells are CAME Delta E (the existing ones, not replaced).
After having installed and configured the engine turn ON the power and ... it doesn't work.
LEDs are all OFF but:
Power: ON
BAR: ON
PHOT: ON
SWC: ON
SWO: ON
STOP: ON
DIP switches are at default but the one that configures the direction of the opening, that I reverted.
I don't use SAFE inputs for photocells.
Photocells links are:
Engine 51 <-> photocells 10
Engine 50 <-> photocells 11
Engine 70 <-> photocells C
Engine 72 <-> photocells NC
I ran the autoset, the gate didn't move at all, the engine never ran; at the end the SET led is off, the ERR led is slowly blinking.
According to BFT manual this means:
Photocell test, Costa o Costa 8k2 failed
- Check photocell connection and/or logic settings

of your A600 (HAMAL control board) ?
